- A degree or equivalent in mass communications, marketing, public relations or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, coordination, administrative support and event marketing
- Knowledge of basic accounting, data entry, computer skills and knowledge of office software packages (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Pleasant, service-oriented and able to work with people from all levels
- Resourceful and able to source out multiple venues and contacts of vendors and suppliers
- Able to work independently, attention to details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good budget planning and meeting deadlines
- Willing to travel
- Motivated and driven individual with strong commitment to integrity, adaptability, professionalism, teamwork and collaboration
- Good stress tolerance
- Good command of English is a must, written & spoken
- Preferably junior executives specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent
